Thoughts are like a river
This is self depicting work, that explains what goes on in my head. Being a nature lover, I can't stop thinking about Earth and sustainable living. I believe that every little creature has its own role in the ecosystem and I try to be empathetic towards them. Once I start thinking about something, it takes me to another, then another and it goes on like a river. It flows like a river but it does not have any particular direction. I find pleasure in traveling around my own thoughts and interpretations. I can enjoy light rain for a company but not a catastrophe. Mythological stories are the best thing I can weave and it's deep down inside me.

An upstreaming boat is shown in the illustration with which I wanted to depict that thoughts don't have any single direction of flow like a river.

I got some wonderful friends who helped me with suggestions in the process of making and my mom suggested the title. 'Bhab Torongo' is a Bengali word which means 'thoughts are like a river'.
